We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payments can also be made with PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

SHIPPING + HANDLING

We Ship Australia Wide Monday - Friday Except Public Holidays

All orders are prepared and packed within hours of payment. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

All orders are shipped via AUSTRALIA POST You may select your desired shipping method during checkout.

Domestic - Parcel Post : Our regular Parcel Post service is cost-effective and reliable, delivering parcels in 2 or more business days.

Domestic - Express Post : Need your parcel to arrive tomorrow? Send it with Express Post for simple and cost-effective next business day delivery.

We do not issue refunds for unclaimed or undelivered packages. If a package is returned undelivered or unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to organize freight thereafter. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt for a refund, less the shipping charges. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. Contact us at daniel@stattinstainless.com.au.

EXCHANGES
For exchanges please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Then, contact us (daniel@stattinstainless.com.au) to return your original order. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email

DAMAGED +
LOST ORDERS

We do not issue refunds for unclaimed or undelivered packages. 

We pack our products wrapped in bubble wrap, and then nestled inside protective card board cartons. On the rare occasion the couriers do damage your product please email us a clear picture of the damage to daniel@stattinstainless.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product and we'll have a replacement sent asap.
