Stattin Stainless stocks a comprehensive range of Grade 304 and 316 Stainless Steel Clamps and Saddles. This collection includes ITS Plain Tube Clamps, ITS Long Tang Tube Clamps, Double Bolt Pipe Clamps, Tube Saddles and Tube Stauff Clamps. Tube size ranges from 6.35mm up to 203.2mm with pipe size range from 15NB to 200NB.

Grade 304 Stainless Steel T-Slot Plain Tube Clamp and Long Tang Tube Clamp Specifications

Made in Australia, our Stainless Steel T-Slot Plain Tube Clamps are manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel 25mm x 3mm flat bar supplied with a Grade 304 stainless steel M8 x 30mm Bolt, M8 Nut and Spring Washer as standard.

 

Grade 304 Stainless Steel Double Bolted Pipe Clamp Specifications

Made in Australia, our Stainless Steel Double Bolted Pipe Clamps are manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel 25mm x 3mm flat bar supplied with a Grade 304 stainless steel M8 x 30mm Bolt, M8 Nut and Spring Washer as standard.

 

Grade 316 Stainless Steel Saddle Specifications

Our Stainless Steel Saddles are manufactured in Australia from Grade 316 stainless steel 1.2mm sheet as standard. The 6.35mm, 9.53mm and 12.7mm Saddles are manufactured with 12mm wide material with a 6.5mm diameter hole. The 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm and 50.8mm Saddles are manufactured with 20mm wide material with a 9.5mm diameter hole.

Grade 316 Stauff Clamp Specifications

Designed as a construction kit for the installation of pipes, tubes, hoses, cables and other flexible or rigid components, the Top Plate and Bottom Extended Plate are both manufactured from Grade 316 Stainless Steel with the Clamp Body being manufactured from Polypropylene.

Polypropylene (PP) Clamp Bodies

▪ Clamp bodies with profiled inside surface and tension clearance
▪ To be used as fixed point clamp preventing the line from sliding 
▪ Clearance between the clamp halves provides tension of the tube or pipe
▪ Vibration/noise reducing and impact absorbing effect towards the direction 
  of the line provided by the grooves on the inside.
